After working for another real estate office, I had a vision. My vision was to create a company that was small enough to offer extremely personal and caring services, yet large enough to provide the support necessary to ensure success. So in 1998 I created: Ginnie Mooney Real Estate.

I offer a 5.75% residential commission rate fee in the Gorge, providing a significant savings to homeowners. My business is booming so much that I have added a new location in The Dalles.
